The one thing I’ve learned in life is that it’s not about where you start out. It’s all about how you finish.
This is something that I learned while I was running track. I also taught this to my athletes when I transitioned into coaching and developing sprinters. But as I’ve gotten older, I realize how true that statement is and how much power this statement has.
Although you may not start out in the best situation and the odds seem to be against you at every turn, you shouldn’t give up or throw in the towel. It’s important that you persevere and remain resilient. Keep pushing through. Because it’s not about where you start out. It’s all about what you finish. // ExecutiveDTown.com
